When I visited: September 2019
Location: New York, Midtown
Rating in the Michelin Guide: Not in the Guide
What to wear: Could go casual
Ambience: Casual, fun
Course of the meal: Chicken caesar salad
If I could change one thing: Smaller portions
Review:
Trademark is a great choice if you want a quick, friendly meal of comfort food … and also if you like giant portions. We went in while trying to stay awake to beat back the jet lag, and had salads and shared fries, but all the dishes were absolutely enormous and the salads were covered in cheese … good old America. They were tasty though, but we couldn’t finish much of the salads and then the waitress offered to wrap them up for us …
If I had more appetite when I went back I’d sample some of their desserts, which looked typically amazing for New York.
