Review:
When my partner Owl and I happened upon Baccano, our first thought was that its font and general branding, and the look of the booths inside, was so similar to that of Balthazar that maybe there was a connection between them. When we settled into a booth and enjoyed a glass of extra dry prosecco and shared the delicious sweet, creamy, textured Nougat Mont Blanc dessert with Piedmont hazelnuts, we found out that it does in fact seem to be affiliated with Balthazar. It’s a good choice if you want a reliable lunch or dinner near the Trevi fountain.
