Review:
On mine and my partner Owl’s first attempted visit to the great Minetta Tavern (the day it was closed – chuh) we went to the nearby Manatus instead, and didn’t regret it – it really deserves to be a first rather than second choice. I remember their full menu of almost anything and in particular, my everlasting chicken salad, which was so big that even after about half an hour of eating it, if I rearranged it a certain way it didn’t even look like I’d started to dig in. I love American food sometimes.
